Crashed a van into Paris and had to have an emergency holiday:

Watched in amazement while a Starbucks employee managed to spell my name correctly (I’ve been called Andrew, Ahmed, Ad, Adam…):

Went to UDAC (the Olympics was all about acronyms – this is where you collect your uniform):

Found out duck racing doesn’t involve real ducks:

Went for a run round the fish pond in Cannon Hill park a few times:

Went to a Jubilee party:

Needed a full English after toasting the Queen all night:

Helped Ed eat his birthday cake:

Shipped out a load of clocks  (Starbucks got my name right again!):

Got within touching distance of a medal or two:

Hung out in the ‘vom’ opening doors for a night:

Was glad to see Tesco put cooked chicken in their ready to eat range of food:

Got trackside in the stadium:

Saw one of the famous Minis:

Got given an out of date bouquet of flowers:

Went on a ski lift that didn’t take you skiing:

Ate loads of chocolate:

Had a look at the flame:

Got Jonny Peacock’s flowers and medal off the shelf:

Gave Jonny his medal, well, not quite but I was part of it all at least:

Said goodbye to the Paralympics:

Found a MASSIVE fish in a TINY tank:

High five’d a few people:
